SOLVING A PROBLEM
Through selling and renting properties in pages like Zonaprop, the company noted that by sharing links of their properties with potential clients, they lost many in the hands of other real estate agents via the Related Properties section that the platform provided. They were offered a personal website so that prospective clients never left the company's own ecosystem.
ADAPTING TO THE CUSTOMER
The panel through which properties are loaded to the page was made based on the structure of Zonaprop, the platform that the client already knew, to facilitate their adaptation to this new technology. It was also designed with a lightweight mobile system so that the client could upload properties from their cellphone easily and in a few steps, even in situations where there is no WI-FI.
